Executive Producer (NY)

Royal Braun is conducting a search for an Executive Producer on behalf of our client, a rapidly growing NYC-based production company reshaping entertainment.

Can you manage pre-sale and post sale with large advertisers and their agencies? Can you help match talent and creative ideas with brand asks while shaping both of them along the way in order to shepherd over the finish line?  Can you befriend clients and creative talent and champion both? Are you resourceful with production strategies and know where to invest, where to compromise and where to ask for more? Are you comfortable on set or in the conference room at a large creative agency? 

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and execution-minded Executive Producer to lead a new branded content division that sits inside a fast-moving production company with a track record of viral short-form IP. This is a foundational leadership hire focused on building a best-in-class branded creative and production engine in collaboration with company founders.

This is not an agency job. It is a high-autonomy production role at the intersection of brand storytelling, digital culture, and scalable IP. You will own every phase of the process from pitch through delivery while helping grow both the team and client roster.

This role is part of a larger vision to build a brand studio capable of driving revenue and creative equity for the company. The goal is to produce culturally relevant branded entertainment that doesn't feel like advertising. Your work will power growth, enable deeper partnerships, and lay the groundwork for longer-form opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for brand clients and agency partners across all active projects

  • Translate briefs into original creative formats

  • Lead and manage creative teams, producers, editors, and external collaborators

  • Oversee production execution to ensure timelines, budgets, and creative quality are met

  • Partner with founders on pitching, scoping, and closing new branded projects

  • Build workflows, documentation, and systems to ensure repeatable, high-quality delivery

  • Map strategy, hire, develop, and lead a nimble internal team capable of executing branded work at scale


Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in branded content, production, creative strategy, or integrated campaigns

  • Experience managing both creative output and client relationships with equal fluency

  • Highly organized and comfortable running multiple fast-moving projects

  • Deep familiarity with TikTok, YouTube, and other short-form content environments

  • Comfortable speaking with both agency-side partners and in-house brand leads

  • Ideally NYC-based or open to regular in-person collaboration with the founding team
