You

production-wise. You’ll work cross-functionally with a larger business operation (and teams) always looking for efficiencies in how to produce quality imagery with all the necessary elements.

Here you’ll translate content strategy and conceptual editorial storytelling into brand creative that performs.  In addition, you’ll apply current relevant trends in fashion, entertainment, digital, culture, design, art to an overall creative strategy.

You must understand the balance of data-driven creative decisions with style POV. Then manage multiple projects, partner relationships, and corresponding deadlines.

You have lead lifestyle campaigns for national brands. You thrive on autonomy but can answer to a larger company. You’ll need eight years of experience in this field.

You’ve helped define style guides that cross various channels, product categories, and seasons. You’re able to craft distinct points of view per guide but also see how they could fit into an overarching creative strategy.

You’ve managed art directors and other production related creative (and crew) talent. So you have to easily access, collaborate with and lead a crew, from producers to designers to photographers to illustrators.

You have a proven track record mentoring and motivating teammates, communicating effectively and directly with internal teammates, and meeting tight deadlines across multiple priority projects.

You thrive on a work-life balance, but are but are not afraid of iteration and an evolving business/creative strategy.

And you can dig their values.
