Royal Braun Notes

This is a rare and valuable opportunity to work at a start up Fashion brand who (as part of their core values) is committed to sustainability. Three years in, this brand is passed the first step of growth - they have a great product, women like it and they come back to buy more. They have already delivered on their promise of a low cost, size-inclusive, sustainable line of activewear from recycled bottles.

Girlfriend is a direct to consumer digitally native brand. They are independent and have grown off the backs of their own investment. There is no VC funding, no decisions are made based on other people’s money. This is a deliberate and considerate team that values strong branding and creative alongside design, customer service and sustainability.

Their next phase of growth is to expand their product offering, grow their team, deepen their wholesale relationships (Nordstrom & Reformation) and get their story out to a larger audience.
